Based on our considerable design engineering experience, knowledge of plastics we can offer assistance in helping the customer best design their products for moulding. Once the project is given the go ahead, we prepare comprehensive design notes reference the tooling to be manufactured. We liase with the tool designer to ensure that the best tool design for the product is prepared. No steel is cut until the tool design is signed off. Regular time plans are issued tracking tool build. Photos are sent once recognisable parts are available. Once the tools are completed T1 samples are sent. Changes, modifications are recorded and carried out. Sampling continues until the customer signs off the final parts. Be present during first off tool sampling at your works. Ensure that you are a happy customer meeting all of your needs.
