MARFORTEC Tools Die-Casting Tools / Castings Die Casting Tools made strictly to the customers specification. Knowing that Die Casting tools can sometimes be difficult to tweak to run on other types die-casting machines, the customer may prefer to have his castings supplied by MARFORTEC Tools in the knowledge that the tools can be adjusted to supply on specification parts and still benefit from substantial cost savings. The Die-Casting Company in co-operation with the tool maker will provide a quotation, whereupon, an agreed number of castings will be supplied without the customer having to pay any additional tool maintenance charges. Die Casting tools are made either from pre-hardened steel or fully hardened after machining. Full machining and a comprehensive list of secondary finishing processes on moulded castings is available.
